"Dhuandhar is one of a series of works that question the technique of weaving itself. Dhuandhar resides in the game of systematic deconstruction of a fabric requiring linen and metal and its more haphazard reconstruction into a fabric of another nature. Dhuandhar is the weaving that nourishes itself, the material that reinvents itself. This piece is named after an Indian waterfall and the continuous cycle of water, which always flows and resurfaces. "
